Sewing Up A Storm!!!

Hi!! :o)

So I thought I'd pop up a quick little blog post to show you my latest creations!

Do you remember in a previous post where I introduced you to my Sweetdipity Princess Party Dress? (Click here to see that post).  Well I received 2 more orders for that dress and here they are!

This one is so bright and colourful :o)

And here is the other dress for another sweet little princess...

Here she is looking adorable!!

I just love these dresses, although I will admit they are A LOT of work and took hours upon hours, I was sick of ruffles by the end of it all, haha!!  But the end result is SO worth it!!

I did some more birthday sewing and made this gorgeous Essential Trio handbag by Flosstyle in Paris fabric with a matching Paris Metal Frame Coin Purse by Lil Pip Designs.  This is my third one and I am getting better at them each time I make it.  It turned out so nice I want to make one for myself when I get the chance!

On top of all of that I was asked to make 3 Notepad & Crayon Travel Wallets for 3 lucky little boys.  These were made using a free tutorial which I wrote about in an earlier blog post here

Well I wanted to write a quick post to show you these items I've been busy making, but I also have lots of other pretties up my sleeve too that I have been working on, but I'll save that for my next post :o)

I hope you are all fabulous and well, happy sewing!!

The first thing I did is make an Easter dress for my 5 year old.  As soon as I saw that pretty pink fabric in the box I straight away knew what dress I wanted to make her, so I went with the Holly dress by Audrey & Tiffany.  I LOVE how it turned out!!!

Well right now I am off, but I will be back very soon with my next blog post because I can't wait to finish what I am making at the moment and show you all...!!!  I just HAD to show you my little girl's Easter dress in the meantime :o)

What have you got planned for this Easter?

If you'd like to see what's been going on at Sew Box, click here to visit the Facebook page (I myself am posting on there all the time, haha!!)

Oh and before I go I must show you these!!  I had the privilege of testing a new pattern by Filles a Maman.  The gorgeous Clemence Shorts!  I love the scalloped accent on the front of these shorts, they are stylish and super easy to make :o)

You can find the pattern for the above sweet shorts here

Have fun and happy sewing!!
